Join Jim and Lisa in this beautiful opportunity to close out the year feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, nurtured and ready for the holidays. This afternoon workshop includes gentle movement woven around Yoga Nidra guided meditation and reflection. Bring a journal. Light snacks will be provided. Jim and Lisa Oakes are both meditation facilitators and offer private session and group sessions in North County San Diego. Jim is currently offering Classes ar Be Yoga and Wellness (formerly Rancho Bernardo Yoga) , in private setting and via on-line platforms and is trained in working with clients experiencing PTS in military and non- military settings. 

Lisa holds classes at the Oaks North Community Center and 7 Oaks Community Center in Rancho Bernardo and also offers massage - meditation combined  sessions to assist with pain relief, grief, trauma and more.
